Spring Fever!

So spring is in the air and I gotta say--there is something about this time of year that brings out the creative side in me.  I've been itching to dust off the sewing machine and get crafty! I have lots of fun projects in mind, so hopefully those will compel me to post and share...

Meanwhile, on the homefront....

Riley turns 12 this Saturday! I can't believe it.  My little blond-haired, chubby faced boy is becoming a real-live man! It's unreal. He is on the track team now and his band, Pulse, has picked up several gigs for the spring. He's a busy boy and I sure do love him!

Stella Caroline is 18 months old and just barely a baby anymore.  She walks and runs and today she went up the front porch steps without any help.  She is growing up entirely too fast, but is such a treat and makes us smile and laugh every day.

This Saturday, my bestie, Jennifer Davis, will be taking some (sure to be) gorgeous family pics of the Myers clan, but until then, these snapshots will have to do :-)
